Candy Sprinkles is a charming twin-sized quilt, finished size 61 1/2 x 82, that has been created with Wilmington’s Essentials Basics in soft pastels for an 8-month block of the month program. Sweet and pretty, it has eighteen 12 3/4” blocks built around 9-patch centers, 2 each of 9 different blocks, that are set on point. With the inner frames and interesting corners, there’s a secondary visual effect. The pieced setting triangles, along with the sashing, create a continuation of the effect.
